An article is indicated as plagiarism if the article takes the work of another author without permission, credit or acknowledgement. Indications that include plagiarism are as follows:
Journal of Engineering Researcher and Lecturer will investigate all articles and will take action against articles that indicate plagiarism or self-plagiarism. Articles with indications of plagiarism will be rejected immediately. Journal of Engineering Researcher and Lecturer uses COPE guidelines to investigate suspected plagiarism.
Journal of Engineering Researcher and Lecturer uses the Turnitin service to check plagiarism suspects with a similarity index indicator. The Editorial Board sets a maximum similarity index of 20% for all articles to be published in Journal of Engineering Researcher and Lecturer.
