The Journal of Engineering Researcher and Lecturer is dedicated as a forum for researchers and lecturers around the world to report the research results. All papers are peer-reviewed by at least two reviewers. The scope includes engineering and education/training of future generation of engineers. Technological innovation must be carried out continuously for a better life. However, its sustainability is inseparable from human resources. Thus, manuscripts on learning innovation from the following natures are expected to be references in decision-making for a policy on engineering education, resulting excellent students in a sustainable manner for sustainable human resource development ....
